This bike features a massive 15kg solid steel flywheel, fully adjustable to suit your level of resistance. It is very sensitive so you really can set this to your perfect level. The deep padded seat is fully adjustable up, down, forwards, backwards, and tilt, and the handlebars are also adjustable up and down. You will be able to set this bike up to give you the perfect spinning experience.
The computer monitor displays Time, Distance, Speed, Calories, and Pulse.
There are pulse sensors built into the handles, so you can get a good reading of how hard you are working. The handles also have built in arm/elbow rests to allow you to get a true "racing" position.
This new model also now features double direction pedalling action (so you could go backwards if desired), and also an emergency stop lever.
There are built in wheels to the front lower bar, making it easier to move around if you need. The pedals have adjustable straps on them.

A great bike, easy to “assemble” to be frank it’s not even assembly you just attach the handle bars, saddle and pedals - 6 steps! Some good resistance on it for both sprints and hill climbs.
Overall I was after a “spin bike I could use at home” and it’s perfect for that! Caveat I’m on day 4 of 20 minutes every day at 6am and going well!

Very pleased! It's heavy, and subsequently built very sturdily, I feel very safe and secure on it, and I'm a fairly heavy guy.
The wheel came loose in transit, making it slightly wonky, despite it being very well packaged, and as a spin bike noob I had no idea how to sort it. Called the customer service line, answered straight away and a very nice guy talked me through how to put it back, and even emailed me a picture step by step guide as a follow up. Excellent company! Thanks!

This a very solid bike with great control for speed and up hill biking.
Only had it for one day and it feels great except the seat which iv'e already ordered a big bum seat.
Great for the price, how long it will last I don' know. Time will tell.
