XSSports.co.uk takes great effort to ensure orders arrive promply and safely to all our customers.
Orders will be despatched the same working day (unless otherwise stated) when the order is received before 9am on a working day. Orders received after this time will be sent the following working day. For urgent orders we may be able to ship slightly later, please contact us regarding this. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.
All big parcels weighing over 5kg are sent via Parcelforce or APC Overnight. This is a next working day delivery service to most parts of the UK.
They both have a very high success rate for deliveries. Upon despatch, you will be emailed full tracking details, where you can take full control on delivery. You can arrange for deliver on another more suitable day, or ask the courier to leave in a safe place.
Smaller parcels are despatched via Royal Mail 48. This is a 2-7 working day delivery service. If you are desperate for your item then we can upgrade this to Royal Mail 24 (1-2 days) or guaranteed next day delivery via Parcelforce.
There are additional surcharges to certain parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland, Highland and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, English Isles, and some other postcodes.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Refund costs are your responsibility and are non refundable.
Please ensure the item is returned back to us in the same unused and undamaged condition. Any damage will be subject to deductions and/or the return being refused.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
