This is from our latest model range and features adjustable resistance with a 4kg, two-way flywheel, which means you can pedal forwards, and also backwards on it.

The seat is made with extra padding to ensure you have a comfortable workout, and is fully adjustable to suit all needs.

The LCD computer reads time, speed, distance, odo, calories and also pulse reading via the sensors built into the handles.

The bike arrived within 3 days of ordering. Assembly was reasonably straight forward, although it took about 90 minutes and fixing the tension cable required quite a bit of strength. Despite being fairly basic, the bike is perfectly adequate for my needs and easy to use. The seat is particularly comfortable, the mechanism is very quiet and the machine feels surprisingly robust. I have no hesitation in recommending this product to anybody requiring a solid, basic recumbent exercise bike.

Purchased this exercise bike a few weeks ago and is great value for money., it took around 1.5 hours to assemble with no major problems. Great piece of kit.

Bike arrived on time and followed the instructions that they provided took around 1.5 hours to put together and was pretty straight forward, The bike is very well made and for the price is a great choice.
