Rowing machines give a fantastic whole body workout. These magnetic rowing machines are so much better than the cheaper rowing machines on the market which use an elastic system (basically just a band that you pull on).
Our trainer gives a much more realistic rowing experience and features 10 levels of resistance making it suitable for many home users.
Being a magnetic belt driven machine, the R310 is very quiet and smooth to use, and replicates the simulation of rowing.
